Tell us about yourself, your position, background, motivations.

I am Crinetics’ HR Representative. One of my primary responsibilities is onboarding all our new Crinetizens! It’s a joy to get to work with our new employees as they get settled into life at Crinetics. I enjoy getting to support that exciting time in someone’s career. I’ve been working in HR for over 7 years, and have recently earned my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. I love working in HR—no two days are ever the same!

What about Crinetics makes you the most excited to work here?

The work we do at Crinetics is so special, and is intrinsically motivating for me. Crinetics is incredibly mission-driven, and it makes showing up to work each day feel like one step closer to achieving our goals.
