Position Summary:
This vital role within our Talent Acquisition team involves providing seamless support to candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll ensure smooth interview coordination and maintain consistent candidate communication. Additionally, you’ll serve as a liaison between the recruiting team, business functions, and executive-level members, offering essential administrative assistance. We’re seeking someone with a professional and friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to interface effectively across various organizational levels.
 
Please be aware that this is initially a contract position, with the potential for full-time conversion. 
 
Position Location: Onsite role in San Diego, CA
 
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
These may include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, handling scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Manage candidate travel and expenses when necessary.
  • Maintain interview schedules and calendars accurately.
  • Assist with interview preparation and post-interview activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve interview processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • Previous HR/administrative support experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS software beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and onsite presence three times a week.
 
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Physical Activities: On a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. Some walking and lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate. Travel:
You may be required to travel for up to 5% of your time.
 
The Anticipated Hourly Range:  $27.00 – $30.00

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience and education.
