Kea Lingo joined Crinetics as Chief Information Officer in March 2025. With more than 25 years of global pharmaceutical experience, he brings a strong track record of leading enterprise technology transformation, AI strategy, and cybersecurity across the life sciences industry.

Prior to Crinetics, Kea served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Zentalis Pharmaceuticals and Vice President of Information Technology at Mirati Therapeutics, where he guided both organizations through pivotal stages of growth. Earlier in his career, Kea held progressive leadership roles at GW Pharmaceuticals, Allergan, and Valeant Pharmaceuticals, where he developed broad expertise spanning enterprise IT, digital innovation, and organizational transformation.

Kea holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in information systems and operations management from the University of Southern California.
