Jeff Knight, M.P.H., serves as Chief Development & Operating Officer and joined Crinetics in 2021. To his role, he brings over 30 years of leadership experience across drug development and enterprise operations in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of guiding organizations through clinical development, operational scale-up, and commercialization. His experience spans early-stage biotechnology companies, growth-stage organizations, and large global pharmaceutical enterprises. Over the course of his career, Jeff has held senior leadership roles at Genentech, Amgen, Poseida Therapeutics, Halozyme Therapeutics, and Hoechst Marion Roussel (now Sanofi), among other organizations. Across these roles, he has supported the advancement and commercialization of multiple therapeutic programs across diverse disease areas and global markets. 

Jeff holds a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the University of Oklahoma, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
