Tell us about yourself, your position, background, motivations.

I was born in Newport, Rhode Island, but can’t call it home – I was a navy brat, so we moved a lot. Even with all the moves, I’ve lived most of my life in San Diego and can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather be. I also can’t think of anywhere else I’d rather work, – I plan on retiring here – how often do you hear that?

I was the first in-house HR support, so I’ve seen a lot of growth and love that I helped get us to where we are today. Currently I’m an Associate Director in HR, with my main responsibilities being compensation and benefits ensuring that we pay our employees competitively and provide top class health benefits

What about Crinetics makes you the most excited to work here?

I am super motivated to come into work each day where I have the opportunity to work side-by-side with some amazing and talented people, who all share a common belief, that we will make a difference in the lives of people dealing with rare endocrine diseases. I feel blessed to be a part of the journey we’re on, and it keeps getting better
