Tell us about yourself, your position, background, motivations.

I have been a contracts paralegal in pharma for 16 years, supporting many aspects of the business. I am currently the Senior Contracts Manager here at Crinetics and have been focusing on process improvement, including the launch of our new contract generation software, creating templates to ensure consistent and favorable terms under which we do business, as well as ramping up for increased volume as we approach our first approval and commercialization of paltusotine! I am very client focused and make it a priority to assist our business teams in getting their contract needs met in a prompt and compliant manner. I also am dedicated to ensuring that the information and tools needed for contracting are easily available to our organization.

I am most excited about being able to work in a smaller environment and thrive on the dedication and enthusiasm shown by all my partners and associates. It is very rewarding to work towards getting our drug to patients!
