Tell us about yourself, your position, background, motivations.

I was raised in Chicago, IL and now based in San Diego, CA. Throughout my career, I’ve been deeply involved in operations and facilities management, starting from my Navy days, transitioning into the semiconductor industry, and currently navigating the dynamic landscape of the biotech and pharma sector. As a Senior Facilities and Operations Manager at Crinetics, I’ve gathered a wealth of experience over the past six years.

My current role is hands down the most rewarding position I’ve ever held. I find immense joy in resolving challenges, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and putting together the pieces of the puzzle to proactively address any issues. Even when unexpected challenges arise, I embrace the opportunity to tackle them head-on, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

What about Crinetics makes you the most excited to work here?

I truly feel like I’m valued here. My decisions aren’t dismissed or pushed away. With past employers, I often felt like just a number, a small part of a large machine. At Crinetics, I feel a stronger sense of contribution, where my efforts matter.
