Tell us about yourself, your position, background, motivations.

I’m the Associate Director, SEC Reporting-Technical Accounting and SOX. I handle our external filings, accounting for technical transactions and maintaining controls over financial reporting. I strive to maintain and improve processes to support our company as we continue to grow.

What about Crinetics makes you the most excited to work here?

I started my career in public accounting and joined Crinetics in January 2022. It was hard to leave a company I had worked at for years since I had been out of college, but joining Crinetics was one of the best decisions I made. The people in various departments are great to work with and I love what the company stands for. It is very interesting to learn about people in different departments and what their role entails and how every person contributes to the overall goals of Crinetics. Every person is open and willing to help one another, which is great to see.

What is your advice on people hoping to join Crinetics?

Be ready to learn and lead. Crinetics is a great a place to work and full of opportunities to learn from some great leaders while being given the opportunity for your voice to be heard.
