Tell us about yourself, your position, background, motivations.

I was born in China. I got my BS degree from Fudan university and then started my career as a Registered Nurse in Shanghai.  After I moved to San Diego, I entered the pharmaceutical industry and began a new journey. I’ve always been very caring and compassionate; I am motivated to make things better for people. Working at Crinetics, a company dedicated to helping people with rare diseases, makes me feel that what I do is very meaningful. 

 I live in San Diego with my husband, 3 boys (4, 6 & 8) and 2 rabbits, I enjoy going to the beach, hiking, camping, and spending time with friends.
